Everything on this site makes Sophie happy, but maybe it doesn't make you happy! And that's what really counts. You may return or exchange the item according to the following guidelines:

Returns are accepted only for non-personalized, stock items. Should you be dissatisfied with an item, please call customer service at 877-826-1614 within 10 days from the date you received the goods for a full refund and to obtain further return instructions. Returns must be in resalable condition. Shipping is always non-refundable. You will be asked to repack the item in its original packaging with the packing slip and for your security, we ask that you return the item with an insured courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain the receipt the courier gives you so you can contact them in case something happens to your return in transit. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive an item you believe to be damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and the packing slip and contact us within 7 days of the date you received it.

Personalized printed products, special orders and samples are non-refundable.

At Sophie Says, we take privacy very seriously. Contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you, and contact you as necessary. You may, from time to time, receive from us information about special offers, new services or features we think you'll find valuable. We won't share your contact information with other companies outside of our own. We extend the same courtesy to the gift recipient.
